Neck pain can be, well…… a pain in the neck. It can be associated with headaches or pain, numbness or tingling in the arms.
What causes this? Causes can range from poor biomechanics, occupations that can put stress on the neck or trauma whether it was yesterday or years ago to name a few. The neck muscles can become weak or “tired” and can literally give out causing the opposing muscles to go into spasm.
All of the structures and surrounding tissues need to be evaluated to locate the cause.
